Scope of the service

The website presents Aeterna Automations’ services, projects and contact channels. Aeterna Social Publisher is a private tool used to organise and publish original content to social accounts managed by Aeterna Automations.

The Publisher does not offer public registration, is not intended to manage third-party accounts and may be used only by the owner or expressly authorised people.

Social accounts and authorisations

TikTok, Facebook and Instagram are connected through each platform’s official authorisation process. The Publisher does not request or store social-account passwords.

Use of social features also remains subject to TikTok’s and Meta’s terms, content rules and technical limitations. The platforms may change, limit, suspend or reject their features and publishing requests.

Content and rights

Only original Aeterna Automations content, or material covered by appropriate rights and permissions, may be uploaded and published. The service must not be used for unlawful, misleading content or content that breaches the connected platforms’ rules.

The brand, text, graphics, software and website materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reused beyond what is permitted by law or by express authorisation.

Automated publishing

The Publisher sends posts according to the approved calendar when the device is on, the service is running and authorisations are valid. Connectivity, platform limits, expired tokens, reviews and external outages may delay or prevent publication.

The Publisher log should be checked after scheduled posts. The service includes a simulation mode and safety controls, but cannot guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services.

Security and revocation

Publisher users must protect the device, restrict access to authorised people and immediately revoke connections following loss, unauthorised access or suspected misuse. Authorisations can be revoked in TikTok and Meta settings.

Availability and liability

Aeterna Automations maintains the website and Publisher with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for interruptions or outcomes caused by internet connectivity, devices, external services, API changes or platform decisions. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, platforms or applicable rules. Italian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
