Language preference

The IT/EN switch saves your chosen language in the aeterna-locale cookie for one year. You can change it at any time or delete the cookie in your browser settings.

On your first visit to the homepage, without a saved choice, we use your browser’s preferred languages. If neither Italian nor English is listed, we use the country estimated from the IP address by the hosting service as a secondary signal; with no available signal we show English. We do not request GPS location. Links containing /it or /en always open the specified language.

Animation preference

The website follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. If you use “Pause animations” or “Enable motion”, it saves your choice in your browser under the name aeterna-motion, to remember it on future visits.

This is a local preference, not an advertising identifier. It stays in your browser until you clear the site’s data or change your choice.

No advertising tracking

This version of the website does not integrate profiling cookies, advertising pixels, embedded maps or visit analytics tools. You are not asked for promotional consent to browse or prepare a contact enquiry.

WhatsApp and external websites

Contact features use ordinary links. External services open only when you select their link. Once you reach them, they manage cookies and data according to their own policies.

Managing browser data

You can remove preferences in your browser settings by clearing data for this website. The pages remain accessible and animations return to following your device preference.
