The website form

The form prepares a message on your device using the name, selected service and description you enter. Completing the form and viewing the draft does not send these details to Aeterna or save them in a website database. Leaving or reloading the page clears the draft.

When you select “Open WhatsApp”, the draft is transferred to WhatsApp through the link. You can still edit it and must confirm sending it in the app. The external service’s terms and privacy policy then also apply.

When you contact us

We receive the information you choose to share through WhatsApp or email, along with the contact details associated with that channel. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, provide the agreed service. The legal basis for quotation requests and contractual activities is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; any mandatory obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c).

Providing this information is optional, but the details needed for your enquiry allow us to respond. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or trigger promotional communications.

Retention

For quotation requests that do not lead to a contract, the business’s privacy notice provides for retention for up to 12 months from the enquiry. Documents relating to contractual relationships are kept for the periods required by applicable obligations. A draft completed on the website remains only in the page’s memory while it is open.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted on Vercel. To serve pages and protect them from abuse, the hosting service may process technical request data such as IP address, browser, requested page and access time. This is separate from the contact draft, which is prepared on your device.

Preferences and external content

Your chosen language is also remembered with a preference cookie. The initial selection may use your browser language and the country estimated by the hosting service, without requesting GPS location.

Your choice to pause or enable animations may be remembered in your browser. No advertising or traffic analytics tools are integrated. Images and fonts do not require external services. For details, see the cookies and preferences page.

Links to WhatsApp and portfolio websites open external services, which are subject to their own privacy policies. Communication providers may process data under their own terms, including outside the European Economic Area with the applicable safeguards.

Aeterna Social Publisher and connected accounts

Aeterna Social Publisher is a private tool installed on the authorised device. When TikTok, Facebook or Instagram is connected through OAuth, the platform provides access tokens and technical identifiers needed to recognise the account and publish approved content.

The Publisher may read basic account information, available creator options and publishing status; it may also send the selected files, captions and settings to the platforms. It does not read private messages, sell data or use this information for advertising or profiling.

Tokens are stored in the device Keychain. The calendar, file paths, outcomes and technical logs remain on the owner’s local system. Connected platforms process content and data under their own privacy policies.

Revocation and deletion of social data

You can revoke access from your TikTok or Meta account settings. To request deletion of tokens and local logs associated with the Publisher, email bulgarellipaolo.aeterna@gmail.com. Revocation prevents new publications but does not automatically delete content already published on the platforms.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can use the contact details above and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
